Helpful Information for Exhibitor FAQ's

In order to help answer any GATS questions you might have, here are some quick answers to the most common questions:

  1. Exhibitor Services Manual (booth furnishings, shipping, move-in/out, forms, etc.):

Here is a direct link to the Exhibitor Service Manual: http://www.freemanco.com/store/show/landing.jsp?showID=406528&from=op. If you are asked to login, on the login page, new exhibitors would click to create their own account. Returning exhibitors use the same login for every Freeman show. There are links below the login if you forgot your user name or password. If you need further assistance you can contact our Freeman Customer Support Team at (888) 508-5054 or CustomerSupport@freemanco.com.

  1. Exhibitor Dashboard (exhibitor badges, lead retrieval, list rental, company profile, etc):

Here is a direct link to the dashboard: https://www.compusystems.com/servlet/AttendeeRegLoginServlet?evt_uid=725&site=EXH. You will be required to login. Your username is GATS17, and your password/customer ID can be found in your Initial Exhibitor Email. If you do not know your password/customer ID, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

  1. Hotel:

  1. Parking:

Each exhibiting company receives one parking pass that can be picked up and signed for onsite. This parking pass is for Lot E located behind the convention center. If you have additional vehicles that will need to park, they will need to pay to park in the convention center garage or any available lot around the convention center.

  1. Move-in/Move-out:

You will find a target move-in schedule on the Exhibitor Services Manual site (link above). Your move-in time will be shown on that document. You can begin packing up your booth for moving-out at the close of the show on Saturday. This is at 4pm.

  1. Payment Status:

If you have questions on the payment status for your booth or sponsorship, please contact Brian Koon at BKoon@randallreilly.com.
